If you do not receive a reply within the prescribed time or receive incomplete information, you can file a First Appeal.

If the First Appeal decision is unsatisfactory or information is still not provided, a Second Appeal may be filed before the Information Commission.

Step 3: Email Your Payment Receipt & Case Documents
After your payment is complete, send an email to kanoonsamvad@gmail.com containing your payment receipt/slip along with the specific details required for your case.

- For RTI Application / Complete Assistance:
- Authority: Whom do you want to target? (Name of the Department/Public Authority).
- Subject: What is the main subject or topic of your matter?
- Information Required: What exact details, facts, or questions do you want to ask?
- For First Appeal Drafting:
- A PDF copy of your original RTI Application.
- A PDF copy of the PIO’s Reply (if any reply was received).
- For Second Appeal / Complaint Drafting:
- A PDF copy of your original RTI Application.
- A PDF copy of the PIO’s Reply (if received).
- A PDF copy of your First Appeal Application.
- A PDF copy of the First Appeal Order/Decision (if received).
Step 4: Receive Your Professional Draft
